On 19 December 2025, British Chamber of Commerce Azerbaijan Tax and Customs Committee held an Info Session on the proposed amendments to the Tax Code.

Representatives from the State Tax Service (Dövlət Vergi Xidməti) Eldar Madatov and Elnur Yusifov, presented the key updates to the Tax Code, outlined their implications for businesses, and responded to practical questions from participants. The session facilitated interactive discussion.
